Founder's Biography
Founder's Biography
It was in the early 90s when I began my caregiving journey and career. There were no mandated caregiver formal training in California. Without any prior training or even understand much about elderly care. I stepped into caregiving right away. I enjoyed and loved caring for seniors but it was all trial and errors until I built enough confidence and learned as I go along.
What I had inside of me was my driving force and that alone did not require any teaching or training.
It came from within me and that is a caring heart, compassion, loving, and a trustworthy individual.
After graduating from College in 2002, I envisioned writing a curriculum to help train caregivers who need a formal education. Now thirty years later, I am transitioning to be a Caregiver Transformation Coach and I see the need for caregiver personal development as I had personally went through a journey of transformation, working on myself to be better and become my best version.
I studied Human Services, Chemical Dependency Studies and lastly Gerontology.

Company History
Company History
In 2004, We started our very first non-medical home care agency in Santa Rosa together with our caregiver training in place.
In 2008 we moved to Sacramento and continue to provide training and education for all caregivers in Sacramento and the surrounding counties.
In 2014 I left running home care agencies to provide training full time. In 2015, I add on more topics to our training certifications and include personal development for caregivers.
When the Home Care Aide Training was mandated, most of their required topics was in our training certifications and we were already teaching it. So we had to separate those topics and took it out from our curriculum then add personal development to replace it.
Caregiving is a calling and I discovered that earlier on that nothing brings greater joy and satisfaction then to work with the aging population.
